Tenderly allows users to create groups and interact with restaurant content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of restaurant information.

The App may display advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party ads or linked websites.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenderly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
